Kenneth D’Alessandro has been working for Glass & Associates as an independent contractor since 2018. Kenneth has over forty years of intellectual property law experience, including preparing, prosecuting, and litigating patents, patent validity and infringement opinions, trademarks, trade secrets, and copyrights, as well as related licensing and transactions. His technical expertise includes analog and digital integrated circuits, semiconductor structures and fabrication processes, gaming and entertainment devices, systems and methods, antennas and other RF technologies, communication systems, MIDI systems, materials processing, medical instruments and systems, and neural networks. He is a named inventor on several patents.
Prior to joining Glass & Associates, Ken was an attorney at Cislo & Thomas, Leech Tishman, and The Webb Law Firm. His career has also included founding and managing his own intellectual property firms for almost 20 years, and serving as the head of the Patent Practice Group at a large Southwest regional law firm in Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico and California. At the beginning of his career, Ken held a clerkship with The Honorable Giles S. Rich of the U.S. Court of Customs & Patent Appeals. Ken has also served as an adjunct professor of law at Baylor Law School in Waco, Texas.
